Responsibilities:

• The person would be handling Campus Recruitment for entire India/APAC/Middle East region across various SBU’s.
• Expert in Managing Relationship with Campus, market Information on Salary, Upcoming trends in Campus hiring.
• Responsible for business interface for gathering requirements, Deployment plan and Training Plan
• Responsible for Process Automation and Branding
• Evolve Campus hiring strategies and plan to meet the business requirements.

Competencies:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience with an MBA in ‘Human Resources’ from a premier management institute.
• He/She should have a good knowledge of the IT industry and talent market.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, ability to handle pressure, highly motivated and a result - oriented leader with good interpersonal skills, proactive.
• Must have extensive experience in front-ending with the management.
• Should be an out-of-the-box thinker and a strategist
