Responsibilities:

  • Program Governance - Manage large multiyear Outsourcing engagement in the areas of Service Delivery management, Technology Management, Contract/Financial management and Relationship Management.
  • Service delivery management includes Application development and management, Infrastructure provisioning and sustenance and leading the Process and quality initiatives in the account for continuous service delivery improvements.
  • Technology Management enabling better alignment of IT to the emerging business context of the account.
  • Contract/ Financial management focusing on P&L for the account, bringing in commercial value to the client.
  • People management - People transition, Team formation & ongoing Performance Management of large team of teams lead by multiple Program Managers.
  • High profile role with direct exposure to senior management of Wipro and client.
  • Growth prospective - Evolve as a Senior Service Delivery role Managing larger accounts or into managing Service delivery organization.

Competencies:

  • Technical Competencies: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience. Last 5 years in senior positions in IT services management.
  • Client experience : Should have handled directly very large IT projects/ programs with engagements at CxO levels. Should have good account management skills.
  • Technology experience : Should have exposure to Application Management and IT infrastructure management.
  • People management : Should have led teams of size over 75.
  • Process and Quality : Exposure to process led service delivery approach based on standard Quality frameworks.
