Responsibilities:

  • The person would be handling requirements of entire western region across various SBU’s.He will be supported by able team of X recruiters, would be instrumental in ensuring 80- 100 closures every quarter.
  • Expertise in Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Hiring, Negotiation, Post Offer Follow up.
  • Ensures recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Making compensation fitments and effectively selling offer to candidates.
  • Evolve hiring strategies and plan to meet the business requirements.

Competencies:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years IT recruiting experience with an MBA in ‘Human Resources’ from a premier management institute.
  • He/She should have a good knowledge of the IT industry and talent market.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, ability to handle pressure, highly motivated and a result - oriented leader with good interpersonal skills, proactive
  • Must have extensive experience in front-ending with the management
  • Should be an out-of-the-box thinker and a strategist
