Job Description:

The individual will assist the Office of Business Analytics and Research based in Bangalore in the following indicative activities -

• Preparation of Business Plans and Strategy Documents
• Business update presentations and dashboards
• Drive innovation and knowledge management initiatives across the Business Unit
• Capacity planning for the business unit
• Coordinate and follow up progress amongst different departments
• Ad hoc senior management support and administrative tasks
• Work as individual contributor

Qualifications:

• MBA / Strategy or Finance related specialization preferred
• 7 to 10 years experience. An ideal candidate:

- Worked in a Business / Strategic Planning function of a BPO /

KPO Company.

- Worked in the PMO function in financial services industry

• Top notch skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Highly Analytical
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence and take charge
• Cheerful attitude and personality

Salary: Commensurate with experience
