Responsibilities:

The Service Management consultant will design and implement supply chain solutions that assist clients with optimizing asset deployment in a service supply chain network., maximizing working capital performance, and optimizing overall supply chain operations costs and service metrics in the context of a given project. Typical effort for this Consultant position are focused on service management supply chain disciplines including: service strategy and service offering determination, customer management, order management, spare parts supply management, service parts inventory management, service fulfillment and operations planning, returns processing, repair management, remanufacturing operations, field force scheduling and dispatch, work order/repair scheduling, remote monitoring and telematics, and planned, unplanned, and predictive maintenance management. Service Management professionals are strongly focused on creating and implementing new supply chain capabilities for our clients that support their overall business strategies. Managers with our client’s Supply Chain Service line focus on delivering comprehensive business solutions across various industries. Responsibilities include the redesign of core business processes and implementation of supply chain solutions for our global clients, adding significant value and delivering benefits to provide a positive impact on the client organizations’ bottom-line.

Requirements

• 1-6 years
• MBA / Masters Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management

Skills & Knowledge:

Following skill-sets are preferred:

• Maximo, Service parts inventory management, Field force / technician work
• Scheduling/dispatching, Returns processing, Warranty offering and claims
• Management, Dealer network management, Supply Chain Performance Assessment, ERP
• Evaluation/implementation, Former lead role in supply chain service operations or
• Customer support in consulting/corporate setting, Six Sigma Black Belt
• Certification, APICS Certification

The traveling would also be required

The job is based out of Delhi.
