Position : Analyst/Consultant - Campaign Management

Job Function : Marketing/Consulting

Location : Delhi & Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:

To provide offsite consulting for marketing programs and campaigns that stimulate incremental sales, generate repeat purchases, reduce costs, strengthen customer relations, and extend customer life span.
This position is responsible for the creation / execution of marketing campaigns as outlined in the overall marketing strategy, developed by the client / Business / Manager. Responsibilities include:

  • Understand marketing brief and capability to design and develop a campaign using the tool specified or raw SQL scripts.
  • Create a day-to-day detailed status report.
  • Secure all necessary approvals.
  • Participate in audits for campaigns developed by peers.
  • Performs related duties as assigned which may not be specifically listed in the job description, but which are within the general occupational series and responsibility level associated with the incumbents’ class of work.
  • Maintains communication and strong relationships with external vendors (mail list vendors, etc.) of clients.

Requirements:

Education & Experience: -

  • BE or PG. MBA would be an added advantage.
  • 2-7 years of related experience.
  • Direct marketing experience is required.

Skills & Knowledge: -

  • Good knowledge of Affinium, UNICA, Aprimo or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to think critically in a demanding environment.
  • Prior experience in Campaign Management is desired.
  • Ad-hoc traveling would be required
