To drive the business development process at Integra to achieve the desired growth and market share.

Key Responsibility Areas & Key Tasks

  1. Responsible for targeted revenue through Business Development
  2. Responsible for lead generation, cold calling & closure of new customers
  3. Forecasting, planning & driving revenues from new customers, existing or identified new verticals.
  4. Market research, identifying potential verticals and undertaking feasibility studies.
  5. Leading the Business Development team
  6. Planning marketing activities for new services/markets/customers

Requirements/Capabilities

The Head of Business Development will need

  • Sound customer facing capabilities
  • Adequate business acumen to be able to sense opportunities
  • Market Research
  • Exposure to International business especially Europe & US
  • Familiarity with business processing outsourcing space
  • Appreciation of technology
  • Experience in leading business development team
  • Should have held independent responsibility for revenue

Performance Measures

  • Achievement of sales targets
  • % of sales from new markets / new customers on total sales
  • Profitability of new accounts and new markets
