Objective:
To drive the business development process at Integra to achieve the desired growth and market share.
Key Responsibility Areas & Key Tasks
- Responsible for targeted revenue through Business Development
- Responsible for lead generation, cold calling & closure of new customers
- Forecasting, planning & driving revenues from new customers, existing or identified new verticals.
- Market research, identifying potential verticals and undertaking feasibility studies.
- Leading the Business Development team
- Planning marketing activities for new services/markets/customers
Requirements/Capabilities
The Head of Business Development will need
- Sound customer facing capabilities
- Adequate business acumen to be able to sense opportunities
- Market Research
- Exposure to International business especially Europe & US
- Familiarity with business processing outsourcing space
- Appreciation of technology
- Experience in leading business development team
- Should have held independent responsibility for revenue
- Interpersonal effectiveness
- Expertise in Marketing
- Self driven
- Strong results focus
Performance Measures
- Achievement of sales targets
- % of sales from new markets / new customers on total sales
- Profitability of new accounts and new markets
