Job Title: Director Prospect Acquisition, Modeling, Campaign Execution & Analyses (Band 40)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting prospect acquisition goals through build and maintenance of targeting models, campaign selection, and analyses of prospect data trends and performance.

The individual will lead a team of 15+ marketing decision science professionals responsible for

  1. The building of response, approval, income, prospect risk, and other models critical to supporting the spend-centric strategy through the database-driven targeting of prospects in key international markets.
  2. Planning of campaign targeting criteria with local market acquisition teams and the New Customer Database Targeting team located in Phoenix
  3. Providing agreed upon inputs of targeting criteria into the campaign selection process and ensuring timely, high quality delivery of selection outcomes
  4. Analyses that inform direction on testing new acquisition targeting strategies and capabilities This position will be expected to create a modeling center of excellence, delivering ongoing improvements to model performance through rigorous, regular tracking of performance, applying modeling best practices, and continued enhancements of the modeling process. In addition strong delivery on campaign selection planning and delivery, with improved operational efficiencies, timeliness, and quality are expected. The team is also expected to deliver data analyses and insights from the analyses that continue to advance the customer acquisition targeting process.

Requirements:

Following experience is desired for the position:

  • Advance Degree in economics and/or statistics with quantitative emphasis
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in people leadership
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the application of conomic/statistical models to customer acquisitions or risk management
  • Minimum 2+ years of acquisitions experience preferred
