Job Title: Corporate Development Manager (South Asia)

Google is looking for a highly-experienced business professional to join its Corporate Development (M&A and Investments) team. The position will be based in one of the Google offices in India (Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad or Mumbai) and will begin with training period in Mountain View, CA. In this role, you will identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities across existing and future market opportunities, drive management team decisions, lead deal execution, and help manage post- acquisition integration and performance evaluation in the South Asia Region. Our ideal candidate is a top performer with proven deal management.

Requirements:

• 4+ years corporate development, venture capital, private equity or
  investment banking experience in the technology industry (Internet,
  communications or e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Domain expertise
• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated track record of executing M&A and Investment type deals
• Working knowledge of local language
