Job Title: Sr. Consultant / Consultant - Infrastructure & SEZ Vertical

Position Summary: - Pre-sales Consultant has extensive knowledge and thought leadership in several Urban Infrastructure and SEZ domain areas such as ‘Engineering and Construction’, ‘Project and Program Management’, ‘Property and Real Estate’, ‘Utilities, Facilities Management’, etc. Experience / Exposure to IT industry designing computing solutions for the Urban Infrastructure and SEZ business will be required.

Position Accountabilities: -

Primary Accountability

  • Convert opportunity pipeline to sales through sales support, solution architecture, business analysis, client interaction, proof of concept, etc. Conversion rates in excess of 50% are expected.
  • Provide front-end leadership on new client engagements until the transition to Delivery Partner for ongoing project and annuity work is completed.
  • Train the project managers and delivery staff on the solution and critical success factors.
  • Create quality proposals and propositions for varied services identified against the opportunities.

Other Responsibilities

  • Research and identify solution / product partners for alliances.
  • Create white papers, sales collateral, case studies and other IP artifacts.
  • Guide the Sales Team in subject area.
  • Monitor the industry and provide updates to Business Unit personnel on industry trends and best practices.
  • As an industry expert, attend industry events and speak on Wipro solution offerings.
  • Other tasks / duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: - Graduate Degree in Business, Finance, Sales Management or related field is required from a recognized college or university.
  • Experience: - Minimum of 8 years total experience with at least 5 years in the subject area. This experience should have been gained working with major Infrastructure & SEZ companies, Consulting firms or IT Services companies.
  • Other Qualifications: - Demonstrated expert knowledge in one or more of below mentioned areas: -
