Job Description:
Primary Responsibilites: -
- National Events
- Define a marketing plan for all national events.
- Work with member companies and other stakeholdrs to define annual sponsorship plans and lead the recruitment of event sponsors.
- Ensure commitments to sponsors on branding and other visibility are met.
- Lead and manage coordination of advertising for the events.
- Oversee coordination with Regional Offices and keep them updated on the activities.
- Supervise and control operational / logistical requirements.
- Guide post-event reports and follow-ups / feedback from sponsors.
- Forums & Related Events
- Oversee coordination with members and other Stakeholders on the CEO Forum / related events and lead the organization in these events.
- Conceptualize and supervise execution of CIO Roundtables and related forums that are of strategic interest to the organization.
- International Events
- Identify partners for international events.
- Define program content and identify speakers.
- Lead the recruitment of members.
- Co-ordinate with Indian missions overseas on these activities.
- Inward Delegations
- Liaise with Embassies and trade promotion organizations for inward delegation meetings with the organization.
- Keeping Embassies updated on the organization activities through newsletters, publications.
