Roles and Responsibilities : As a Bid Manager in the Strategic Deals Pursuit team, you will-
- Program manage the large deals bid process end to end and be responsible for all deal deliverables – response documents, presentations, solution workshops, site visits, supporting contract negotiation, etc.
- Leverage cross functional teams working across Wipro (ADM, Infrastructure, BPO, horizontal practices, Domain, HR, Legal, Business Finance) to deliver an integrated solution
- Leverage and help build/extend the Knowledge management and best practices framework for the SDP initiative
- Ensure team synergies across the globally dispersed core and virtual teams (peak team size approaching 10-15) supporting the bid process with focus on aspects like communication.
- Participation in pre-bid activities - Deal qualification and competition analysis.

- 10 – 12 years experience in IT industry
- Experience / exposure to SDLC, Program / Delivery management based on a Global delivery model
- Large bid (above $ 100 M) management experience in Financial services space
- Prior experience of managing deal end to end through the deal life cycle
- Significant pre-sales & consulting background in ADM and Service management areas
- Experience of interacting with “C” level executives of leading global clients
- Experience in leveraging and building/ extending a Knowledge management and best practices framework
